What happens if my sleep pattern is really off?
Its school holiday, I like staying up at night rather than in the day because my parents had me do errands after they go to work. So what I'm saying is that, I sleep at 6 or 4 in the morning, but I sleep until 2 P.M. I know it's totally not healthy, but what would happen? More specifically, will I die?
