I don't like this guy but he keeps talking to me! help! 10 pts!?

okk so at my shook there is a me to we club that I'm in. we're starting a fundraiser so we split up into a few groups. we all exchanged numbers so we could have another meeting. this one guy found my snapchat, and we snapchatted for like 30 mins before I went to bed. he told he broke up with his long term gf. we both found out we like the same bands and whatever. this morning he snapchatted me and I was reluctant but I felt bad so whatever then I said I had to go. he said "message me after :)" I don't like him and I don't know where this is going but I don't like it :( how can I subtly let him now I just wanna be friends?
