Does this Minature Yorkie look healthy?

I'm 5 foot and that's the dog compared to me in my profile picture. She is 12 weeks old on the 22nd of December this year.Her papers says she is a minature yorkshire terrier. so please PLEASE PLEASE no critisism about there being no such thing as mini yorkies. Thanks so much guys!
