is the government destroying fatherhood in America?

In America the majority of people are fatherless and the numbers are increasing. The government puts the rights of paternity in the womans hands most of the time even when the father in question isn't dangerous or bad. There's less incentive for men to get married with harsh divorces where someone may have to pay a lot of money to another person and men lose the most. Paternity fraud with the wronged man still paying for a child is very common. The media and various groups of people took the independence of modern women and turned it into a testament against men and fatherhood, romanticing single motherhood to the point its expected.
