Did you have fun in your early 20's?

I've been stuck in a city that I hate where I have no friends for the past 5 years. I am about to turn 24 in the coming year and feel like I have missed out enjoying my formative years. I suppose its not that big of a deal though as I don't plan on getting married and so ill have plenty of time to party hard once I get out of here.
