HELP ME THROAT AND MY SINGING VOICE!!!?

My throat is killing me but i have been taking aspirins and drinking tea today. This started like I would say sunday but it wasn't this bad it just like bothered me and now its horrible!! I can barely talk in my normal voice and now i have been down sized to whispering! I can barely sing as well and I need my singing voice and my normal voice by tomorrow! Like Im a really loud person but thats my normal and i know its not from that but is it possible that its from singing cause I have been singing more than I used to throughout this whole week. Does anyone know like fast remedies to get it back cause I really hate talking in a whisper its sooo annoying!
