He claim he don't like me but gave signs?

There this guy that I crush on badly and he knows. He said he don't like me like that find's me pretty and told his friend to tell that to me. However when I got a boyfriend he stare at both of us without looking away.And he will watch me walk to him, hug, kiss, hold hands. And once he pat my boyfriend and walk away. Why he stare at us if he claim he don't like me?
