Is it possible to raise 2 Fs to a C in a month?

I have this teacher who I dislike so much that I don't even pay attention to her. Her teaching skills are poor and I'm afraid to ask a question that she said befor again! I have a 58.9 and a 59.3. I need to raise it to a C by January 17. I really need help on thiss. She is so mean I get intimidated. You just don't understand what she does to me. Please help. I need answers and advice.
