Do I have sociopathy/ASPD?

I know diagnosing over the internet is hard but, here is a list of things about me: I use people for personal gain. I do not like being around people, I lock myself away and avoid contact as much as possible. I impulsively lie even about stuff that doesn't need to be lied about. I am incredibly irritable and can become aggressive simultaneously. I have a lack of remorse. I feel indifferent when I hurt someone's feelings (only felt bad about hurting 3 - 5 people's feelings in my life time) I have a consistent irresponsibility.
