i got bit( from what my parents say is a spider ) if it is what should i do since its on my ear lobe?

I woke up a couple days ago with these 2 hole marks in my ear lobe, I was wondering if it was just a staph infection but then it started to hurt really bad, I am still unsure as if it was a spider bite but if it is, would its venom travel through my ear lobe to my other parts of my body (( just what has a Happened so far since I might of been bit by one ) ( just a headache and pain to my chest area )
