Should I send him another letter?

My friend & I went to a store frequently for the past few months. A guy who works there saw me a few times. When my friend went to the store alone, this guy asked her about me. So, my friend told me he'd like to ask me out. Getting to the point, I visited the store a few times to see if he was there, but he wasn't. So, I decided to send a letter anonymously to the store (which is ran by his family). I included his first name as it was addressed to him & my email address in the letter. I sent it about a week ago, & I didn't get any email from him. I am thinking it somehow got lost or they probably mistook it for a random letter & threw it away. Should I send it again? If so, what do I write a letter to catch his attention? Oh, yeah, 10 points for best answer.
