I am young and trying to start an acting career?

I really want to be an actor and I always had this life long dream of becoming one, I know there are countless others with the Same dream. I have no Idea where to start. I have been in some local plays and school plays and have some experience. I am only 14 years young. Can someone please tell me where too start. I know it's going to take a while to get recognized so if I want to play my dream role I need to start now. I do want to become a Hollywood star and I know it's a big stretch but I am willing to work hard to reach my goal. Please help me out. Thank you!
