How hard is it to get a job in Fort McMurray (Oil Sands)?

I have no experience, I just graduated highschool 2013 and I'm 18 years old. I have no experience in anything, but I know they are really desperate alot of the time for workers out there. I'm interested in Heavy Hauling, and heavy equipment operating. But really, I will take any good paying job I can get out there at the moment. Also, I have a relative who works there that could help me out.
