Sharp pains in my head ?

So yesterday I was trying to do a back bridge and then instead of putting my hands on the ground, I wanted to grab my ankles.... turns out that was a bad idea and my I hit my head on the floor... the very top of my head... It didn't really hurt when it happen.. and it wasn't that hard... but later that day I got a headache.. nothing too bad but today I have been getting random sharp pains in my head... Is this from hitting It yesterday? should I be concerned? has this happen to anyone?
