Please Help me in this below?

I just installed cygwin in Virtual Machine(Windows XP 32 bit sp3).It worked I took ma machine as Unix environment.I have few queries.I have another VM(Ubuntu 13.10) I opened ssh.I am able to take Ubuntu VM from Host Machine(Windows 7 64 bit via putty,winscp by port 22).I am unable to take XP machine via putty r winscp by port 22 from host machine with ip address of XP machine.After installing Cygwin I checked in XP machine with below command in command prompt "netstat -ano" port 22 visible.I checked the same command in Host port 22 is not visible.Then how come its possible to connect to Ubunu VM Machine alone.Mainly say how to connect to this XP VM from Host by putty r winscp.Kindly advice
