to fix my sharp Aquos LC-46LE810UN is displaying everything in grey like everything looks like a x-rayish?

I can watch movies it just looks like everything is in grey, I'm a IT Technician but this is my first time working on a LCD and I dont have that kind of money to take it to a shop PLEASE HELP
