amd FX8320 vs intel i-5 4440?

I need a new computer but I don't know which cpu is best for me, they are more or less the same price. the cpu is going to be used for primarily gaming on 1920x1080, internetting, some programming, some video editing, some streaming, some private and a little server hosting.
