Losing weight but not muscle?
Right now Im 18 and about 6'1, 195 lbs. I'm not fat but want to drop weight and get lean muscle for basketball, I needed the extra bulk for football but have quit since. I've played a lot of basketball lately but the extra weight really doesn't help and is a burden on my knees. I want to drop down to like 175-ish, how should I do this? I was thinking if I just kept playing basketball but changing my diet up that could happen.
