Can you play PS3 games on PS3?

I want to play a PS2 game on my PS3, but i don't really know if you can play PS2 games on a PS3. So, can you play PS2 games such as Inuyasha: Feudal Combat, One Piece Grand Adventure, Ben 10 Ultimate Alien and Code Lyoko: Quest for Infinity on PS3?
