How to get rid of a blocked nose?

My nose has been completely blocked for about a week. I have tried everything I can think i.e. humidifier, afrin nose drops (these provide relief for about a day, but then it wears off, i want permanent relief) saline nasal drops (these had no effect on me) mucinex, and Zyrtec. Please help.
