I want to lose a few pounds?
Im 5'3 and weigh 130 & want to lose about 5-10 pounds and just basically get back in shape but how? I've tried counting calories with an app that I have it didn't work & I lost nothing! I tried Zumba but after I lost like 3 pounds I hit a plateau and couldn't lose anymore if I tried & I've tried the elliptical and the treadmill (only walking I get out of breath too quick to do running)& that didn't help too much either! Help what should I do?!
