My teacher knows I'm depressed?

Well lately I've been very depressed and my friends noticed and they told my theatre teacher(who I've had for 4 years and love) and he got worried about me and called my mom to tell her what was going on and also told the guidance counselor. Well all week I didn't see my teacher because we were on final exam schedule at school but I saw him last night at the theatre christmas party and it was kind of awkward because I feel like he thinks I'm crazy now. So should I say something to him or what? Idk how to approach this. Thanks for your help.
