Xbox one problems please help?

Ok, so I know a lot of people are having an issue since the console recently released, but if anyone has one please help me. Ok, so I got the game ryse: son of Rome and I beat the game so I wanted to play multiplayer and it said it needed an update so I clicked update and it stopped in 92% and it's not going up at all. I've also tried the turn the internet off thing and it wouldn't let me update that way. I also heard of an update that fixed this but I haven't gotten it if any can give me advice on how to get it that we be great. Thanks
