I wanna be healthier!?
I am a 20 year old male i weigh 155 pounds,I am 5'7 i have a little belly i want to get rid of and be toned not ripped just toned, I currently eat What ever And drink mostly soda. I also smoke nasty right i know :/ i wanna quit just hard as i get bored and want to.But i want to start working out and eating healthy.I want to better my self and feel good about my self.Please help me Get a good exercise plan and Diet.Thank you in advance :)
