What do you think about this poem?

When I have my 1st child I dont want him/her to grow sick, I want to be able to read their body language like no one else could That little slump, whats wrong my dear? locked crying dont cry over that little boy hes no good anyway. Want to to the mall enjoy yourself I love you heres 20 bucks When i have my first child I want to know all of their dreams and desires but most of all all of their fears maybe one day itll happen maybe it wont you never know what will come tomorrow so live 4 2day but in peace and with out destroying yourself
