my galaxy note 3 battery drains really fast?

I've been using this phone for a week now, and unlike some people my phone battery drains really fast, even my ipod last longer than this phone, I use tmobile, I disabled everything and I download several app that helps to prevent the battery juice from leaking, I found Battery doctor really useful, it says my battery health is good meaning that the problem isn't the battery right? Should I buy a new battery and see what happens? Well, if anyone have a solution to this, please help, thank you :D
