Beginner Rollerblader skates?

I've recently obtained a new-found interest in rollerblading... What are a good pair of cheap beginner skates i could get? And whats a good website for ordering skates? :) And i intend on using them to get around town in the summer, and not so much for Tricks and stuff... any suggestions? Thanks! :)
