Cornell: Primary/Alternate selection on Common Application - field issues?

I am trying to apply regular decision to Cornell - I intend on applying ONLY to the School of Industrial and Labor Relations, and NOT using the Primary/Alternate system. However, when I first started the application, I played around with the primary/alternate thing for a bit, but ultimately changed my mind. My issue now is that the Common App remembers the field for my alternate school major, even though I select 'No' for Primary/Alternate, so when I create the PDF it says a random major underneath the ILR thing. How can I fix this? It's a mystery field that I cannot get rid of...
