Would the Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 graphics card fit my Lenovo 2561?

I have been considering buying one of my friends graphics card as he has upgraded to the GTX 690. I currently don't have a "Gaming PC" but have been saving for one. I have enough to get one but I was wandering if i should just save that money and pay my mate £60 for a barely used GTX 650? Much help would be appreciated!
