about 2 day workout splits?
okay so i was thinking about starting a 2 day split for my workouts.. i was going to do deadlifts and dips the first day and pullups and squats the second day..so my quesiton is how do 2 day splits work? and are these good workouts to be doing for them thanks im trying to put on weight and muscle as im 5'10 and only 135 lbs tips? kthnx
