how long to get bridge?

I can only hold 'bridge' for like three seconds max. But when I go in it my back isn't curved at all, it's straight. So how long will it take me to get a decent bridge that looks not to inflexible but not to flexible? Please give a range and not those 'it depends on the person' answers.
