How to repair Dry damaged hair?

I have dead, split ends, and all of my hair is dry and really bad damaged. I've been straightening my hair for around 3 years and this is why. How can I repair my hair the fastest? I really don't want to cut it cause it's only like 2 inches from my collar bones and I look dumb with short hair. Is there and cheap products or treatments I can use?
