how to have my natural curls back?

im 16 years old and i had a beautiful curly hair!!!! but i have benn using the flat iron like for 3 years!!!! but in the third year my curl disapeared :( i dont know what to do!! i want them back ! now my hair is straight but is not beautiful at all!
