xbox live NAT type problems?

As of lately my NAT type has been mostly open but the detailed network statistics is telling me that my network is behind a cone NAT. Now from what I understand from what I've read on the internet that is not a bad thing? I have no Idea what I'm looking at when it comes to the cone NAT and the restricted NAT and things of those sorts. So could someone please explain to me what a "Cone NAT" is and perhaps how it will affect my xbox live experience.
