My xbox keeps on having interupted internet and i have perfect internet what do i do?

So I have amazing connection but when every I play a game ex: call of duty I get connection interruption I can never finish more then 3 games or a single game of zombies. I've reset my router thousands of times but it never works I have checked so many things and have found nothing in detail it freezes then everyone mics start to lag so I cant here anyone then I have to dashboard to get it to start to work again
