Should I say something about this to my critique partner?

My critique partner and I have been exchanging chapters of our stories for a few months now, and I finished hers a while ago. Ever since then she's been really slow with getting mine done. She's had my current chapter for over a week now and I'm thinking about asking her if she's done with it or not. I don't think it's fair that I devoted a lot of my time and handed her chapters in every other day, but now that I'm done with hers she can't even e-mail me to say she'll be working on mine for a bit longer or something like that. Should I say all of this to my critique partner or not?
