How can I ask one direction a question at a concert or something ?

I heared that fans can ask them a question and they will answer it on stage and I was wondering if any of you have been to an nod direction concert do you know how it works? What do you do so that way they can answer it on stage when taking twitter questions? Do they do that after every concert? Thanks and please pray for me too cause I'm sick ......
