Dell Optiplex 755 Fan Is Stuck on Full Speed?

Yesterday my computer crashed and I had to unplug the power to turn it off. Since that the CPU fan starts at full speed. I looked through the BIOS and couldn't find anything to reset the BIOS settings or fans. I l also took apart my computer and made sure there was no dust in the machine. Any suggestions?
