how many pounds will i lose in 4 months on this diet?
im 5'6'' and 140 lbs power walking for an hour , im 21 years old having a healthy breakfast like yogurt and almonds, or scrambled eggs and toast (breakfast no more than 150 calories) for lunch having green salad (no dressing) and fish for snack 100gr of fruit or 4 almonds for dinner tuna and veggies ( i dont eat any red meat nor poultry ) just eggs, fish. how many lbs aprox???
