Name of this movie I saw on the Chiller?

So I saw this movie on Chiller. It was about a couple with an accent (Australian?) who go to a man's house. The man has a fear of going outside. The man offers the couple an amount of money (I can't remember, maybe like $20,000?), and the man then realizes the woman in the couple looked like his deceased wife and makes her dye her hair blonde to look like his dead wife so she can go to a bank an get the money. There is a security word to get the money, and the security code is the name of the movie. Can anyone help me find out the name?
