How not to get tired and stop running during track practice?
Okay indoor track is starting in a few weeks. I'm 5'7 and 135 pounds. 16 year old sophmore. During practice we could run like 6 laps, but then I would always be that one person who stops. But yet EVERYONE else keeps running, like a freegien robot. Any tips, on how to keep going.
