Help? I can't remember my LMP?

Ok so I'm not trying to figure out the exact date, but wondering if my last period was in September or not. I found out I was 4 weeks pregnant on October 25th. My periods are always regular. Does that mean I did get my menstrual in September and missed only one period in October? I didn't bleed at all in October before finding out.
