Do sweatpants look okay baggy?

I recently got a pair of sweatpants and i have very small thin legs... So nothing really fits me but these are like very baggy i have to keep them tighed at the top and such i would get another pair but my Mom wont let me because of shipping these were like Special sweatpants i got and im just afraid i look bad in them.. What are y'all opinion on baggy looking sweatpants?
