Why i can't see my RPM Network Invintation?

Recently i've been accepted to join a youtube partnership network,i've also signed a contact,and they told me that they send me an e-mail containing an invintation link to join and start making money.I never received that e-mail even though they said the sent it and it would come through noreply@youtube.com to the email i used to create my youtube account.Help!
