What do I have to do to prevent my videos from being deleted by using copyrighted music in them?

Like can I just put in the description something like that I don't own the music and that they belong to their creators and tell them where they can buy the music? I just want to use it very silently in the background because the voices of my friends and me will be much louders than the music itself. Thanks
