my child broke his wrist in school?

my son broke his wrist in school. As kids do they hurt themselfs from time to time. my kids seem to hurt themselfs all of the time. Im sick of just paying hospital bills for other peoples stupidity. Can i claim the schools insurance for him breaking his wrist as this time i had enough.
