I got a cold sore bruise?

I got like 3 cold sores at the side of my lip, under it and I messed with it and now I have this ugly purple/brown bruise, Which stands out terribly on my face. What can I do to get rid of this fastly? I'm using Abreva but what can get rid of the bruise?
