how do i get rid if this fast?

So i recently had a bad breakout and i have been using facewash every day since then, its been about a week and then i got this huge zit on my nose, so me being me i decided to pop it, then it turned inro this giant red dot that makes me look like rudolph the red nosed reigndeer, so any suggestions on how to get rid of it or at least get the redness to go away?
