Question #13100100

Why is my wrist still hurting?

About a month and a half ago I had surgery on my right wrist to remove a ganglion cyst from in between the bones. Well I have started back to softball and other sports and my wrist has started hurting worse. It isn't the same kind of pain though. The cyst was on the inside of my wrist and it is hurting on the outside now. It feels like somebody is tearing something. Also when I rotate my wrist it sounds like something cracking and feels like something tearing. Is this just because I went back to sports to early or is it something else? Please help?!
