How can lose weight and keep it off?
I cant seem to lose weight...my weight usually goes up and down but only about 5-10 pounds...I used to weight about 165 but I started training for the army and went up to about 175 which is mostly muscle, I'm where I want to be as far as strength but I just need to lose some of the fat I have. I'm 20 and about 5'5...not sure if that matters but I need some kind of routine or something...any ideas??
